The meeting for the month of March was cancelled due to Committee members prior committments preventing them for attending. The next scheduled meeting will be May 22, 1999. And, will be held at the home of Robert (Mickey) Mitchell, Sr. The agenda for upcoming meeting will be as follows:

Note 2: DIRECTORS' REPORT

a. Co-Chair (Sonja) will handle all Door prizes, free give-aways and raffle prizes. We have several items on-hand (perfume baskets), but need additional items to award to the family. Contact Co-Chair with a list of itmes to include in the giveaway.

b. Finance report ending balance (as of 4-10-99) is $345.40.

c. Food Committee (Jude and Tamiko) will present the menu to the committee at the next scheduled meeting (May 22). Jude mentioned that he will start purchasing the necessary meats and supplies as sales discounts are unpredictable.

d. Entertainment (Anthony) mentioned that he needs to purchase a micro- phone for the PA system.

e. Hotel/Accom/Hosp Director (In-ja) will contact the new Holiday Inn in Baker for reservation availibility. Also encourage all Family members needing hotel accommodations to contact her for the number of guests and rooms required.

f. Programs/Uniform Directors not in attendance. But the committee agreed to conduct the Reunion as that of 1998. Friday, Aug 6: Family Gathering and Registration.

Note 3: The deadline was establish for final monies to be submitted to the Finance Directors June 30, 1999. All Family members not registered may not receive a T-Shirt if not registered by the deadline date. Any Family member experienceing financial difficulties must contact a Committe member to arrange for partial payment of the required fees. Each Family member is encouraged to register early, so that each Director can finalize their report with the Finance Directors of needed funds. A registration form will be included with each Family newsletter mailed. It's imperative that each Family member remind other members the importance of early registration and to keep a current up-dated address with the Newsletter Director (Charlie Mitchell, Sr.).
