I have decided to put some requirements on joining this webring. mostly because I got tired of bad pages or poor content or the overuse of those generic bars(the dripping blood one to be exact). Of course all sites will be added by me or suggested to be added because someone else likes it enough to bring it to my attention.

Preferred content should be fairly intelligent and should not be hokey, and of course goth.

You must put the required html on your page in an obvious place either on the main page or on a webring page. If you choose to put the html on a webring page it would be appreciated if you put <www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring> on your main page. as the robot that tests the webring html is very stupid. (the text will be hidden)I will still check for the html on your page. When your page fits the requirements it will be moved from the queue to the ring.
