This is the headstone of Peter J. Eckenrode. Peter was the 15th child of John and Catherine (Reppert) Eckenrode, born on 12 April 1823. He married Rufina Fry about 1853/54 and had three children.
This stone is located in the old part of St. Michael's Basilica Cemetary. As you face the cemetary from the museaum building it is located along the right side near the first large trees, about one-third to half-way back.
