A Brazilian national who had carnal
knowledge and buggery charges
discharged against him on Tuesday in
the Georgetown Magistrate's Court, was
on Wednesday charged again with the
same offences.
Eudes Jose De Aruda appeared in the Georgetown Magistrate's Court and was not required to plead to the indictable charges. He was later remanded to prison by Acting Chief Magistrate Cecil Sullivan. It is alleged that De Aruda committed the offences on a 3-year-old girl in the Botanical Gardens on October 14. 3-year-old girl According to reports, De Aruda who is a miner went to the home of the child's parents on the day in question. From there he took the girl to the gardens where he allegedly committed the unlawful acts. De Aruda returns to Court Five on June 23. |
