Police reported that the robbers entered the building, opposite the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, about 21:15 h and held the female sales clerk at gunpoint.

The duo took away a canister containing an undisclosed sum of money and discharged two shots while escaping.

But, fortunately, no one was wounded, Police said.
