Linden
man
accused
of
raping
a
girl
under
the
age
of
12
was
yesterday
remanded
to
prison
by
Magistrate
Oscar
Parvatan.
Edward
Brewster
allegedly
had
carnal
knowledge
of
the
minor
between
May
1
and
June
3
somewhere
in
the
Lodge
area.
Brewster
was
not
required
to
plead
to
the
indictable
charge
of
carnal
knowledge
of
a
girl
under
the
age
of
12.
He
has
to
return
to
court
on
September
7
for
report.
