Meat Szechuan Rabbit

Recipe Ingredients
1 fryer rabbit cut up

1 Tbspn peanut oil

1 1/2 cup chicken stock

1 Tbspn light soy sauce

1 Tbspn honey

1 tsp minced ginger

2 cloves minced garlic

minced scallions

2 Tbspn tomato paste





Recipe Directions
Brown rabit in non-sticking skillet

Combine other ingredients

Pour sauce over rabbit

Bake until meat is fork tender

Serve with rice or fine noodles
