About Us

Our story is short and sweet. Bree, our oldest daughter is responsible for the goats! The same old cry many parents hear, "I want to show animals!, was also heard in 1997. What started out as 2 wethers has turned into 25 breeding does and a sire or two. Now, Rhea (the little sister), is in 3rd grade and showing also. Joseph will be next and he can't wait. As for us, Tom and Melanie, we just watch, have fun and do most of the driving!!

Our goal is to raise quality show goats that have the length, tops, and structure needed to win. We are trying to add a little color to our herd by using a buck that has the red gene. So far he is getting the job done with our first crop of kids born in Dec. 2001 and Jan. 2002! We are so excited to see the difference he has made with these kids. You can see Berte, who we purchased from Kavalier Boer Goats, on our Sires page and the kids on the New Kids page. We are using another buck , Buffalo, which has the red gene, a tremendous front, top and butt, from Kavalier Boer Goats

In addition, Bree has been able to breed some of her does to several Ennobled bucks. She now has does out of TopGun II, Eggstreme, & Egghibitionist. We are expecting several kids in May 2002 from EGGS' new Highlander bucks.
