Guess I'll start with the basics. My name is Helen Bailey and I've lived in upstate New York all my life.
The first picture above was taken in 1999 when my mother took me out for my 30th birthday in style.
The second picture was taken this past summer(August 2002) at one of
our local Rennaisance Faire's just outside NYC. That summer I went as
someone of the royal Spanish court(dress is a Spanish-style "a-frame" dress.
I currently work at an independently owned photocopy center as a book binder.
To state the obvious, I'm a Richard Marx fan.
I've pretty much loved his music from the beginning.
I didn't become a devoted fan until his Paid Vacation tour back in 1994 when I got to see him perform for the first time.
I've been strongly devoted ever since, however, it would take me five more years before I'd get to see him again.
My wait paid off though. I got to see him perform not once, but twice in two days!!!
And I got to meet him backstage at the Westbury NY show on July 16,1999.
I've loved getting a computer and being on line where I've found so many other ROers!
I've also loved checking out all the other Richard Marx sites, not the least of which is
RichardMarx.com the official Richard Marx web site.
As you've already noticed, that is if you've visited the "Hazard" section of my site, I'm a writer-wanna-be.
I'm currently working on two different writing projects, one I have a feeling will be at least
a short novel since it's already well over 40 pages long, the second is my 4th
short story.
Other interests of mine are, music in general-I listen to just about anything from classical to R&B to Rock.
I also enjoy roll playing games, especially Dungeons and Dragons and Shadowrun.
About the only major outdoor activity I enjoy is hiking, but I love being outside when the weather is nice.
