I have searched for words to express the feeling of loss I, someone not personally related to anyone in New York or Washington feels over the events of September 11th without much success. I do not feel as I am alone in this as it seems many have found themselves lacking the words to put to the scenes we all have seen. I search my mind for a rational way around these events, and find no way to do so. I search my heart for the cause of such pain but lack the wisdom to put it into word. If we are all dimished by the loss of one, great indeed was the loss to us all this week.       I am not going to wave flags, demand justice, or vengeance. I am not sure that will really make this problem go away, make us really feel all that much better about what happened this week, nor do I believe it will bring back anyone. More likely it will just add to the number already far to great who are no longer with us. The sad fact is it is often easier to take lives than it is to preserve them. I would just ask that regardless of which faith you follow, that you take a minute and pray that those who are put in place as leaders thru out the world be guilded by God to the best events possible for us all.
