You must first set your home timezone for the LOCAL TIME clock, for correct time to be displayed.
This program shows the time of five different timezones, with analog and digital clocks. Choose from a list of 150 countries and 400 cities and define 5 cities. Correctly implemented daylight savings time rules. Displays time in one of 8 available time formats (12/24 hours, with weekday, date, month, seconds). Colors are configurable at will. Also implemented are an alarm clock with user defined message displayed and sound signal plus a little calendar. You can make the window 'always on top' or hide it in the system tray. The last coordinates of the program window are saved and restored. You can show and hide the window by clicking the icon in the system tray. The calendar tab and the alarmclock tab can be called directly from within the system tray. You can find a help file from within the program, just click on the question mark button inside the settings dialog. I implemented a workaround for the DST bug, which showed up during summer time on some PCs, causing the local clock to be one hour behind. Activat the "DST Bugfix" checkbox in the "Time Format" dialog, to manually advance the clock 1 hour during DST.

Basic Install Instructions
( done by me )

Unzip worldtm.zip file on Drive C: default folder will be C:\World Time Clock browse to this folder using My Computer or Windows Explorer, and right click on the file World Time Clock ( C:\World Time Clock\World Time Clock.exe ) then select Create Shortcut. Drag Shortcut you made to your desktop by holding the left mouse button on it and dragging the file icon to the desktop. This will provide you with clickable link to start the program up with. To make this program start up when you start your computer click the start button, go to settings, then Taskbar and Start Menu, click Advanced, then Add, and browse to the C:\World Time Clock folder and shortcut and add it to your startup folder. If you happen to get error messages you may need VB Runtime updates in Windows. See the file below or, go to Windows Update for file updates. select product updates.

Note: Program uses your system time clock for time projections of other time zones. To be accurate you should maintain system clock settings. See the Clock setting software below for that purpose if needed.
