Information:
It was Titan's birthday. Saturday 14th August 2004. It had taken us 27 paces to get there, but there we were in Hertford town. The final gig of our first few dates with the new lineup. We thought we were off to a good start. Everything and everyone had arrived on time for the soundcheck in a reasonably sober condition. But it soon became apparent: Max's guitar amp had blown, Goose's FX pedal was cutting out and Hughes the Reverend was wanted on charges of treason. Cue much dashing around, a few friendly rough and tumbles, the borrowing of strange equipment and only time for a couple of pints along the way... then it was time to start.... Our intro tape seemed to last for seven hours and the only amusement we had backstage was Fester pissing in the sink. Despite a few technical problems causing a few gaps between the songs (which we've left unedited due to the high quality nature of Del's infills) the gig was a big success, though of course afterwards new bruises were made, pints were raised, the minidisc we'd recorded the set on was completely corrupted and Goose quit the band.
