First of all i would like to say, Samos is still very very green. Even when we had bad fires last year and as well one fire this year, on Samos island are still more trees then in the whole Cyclade-Islands together. The regions arround Voutsalakia (Kampos-Marathokampos) , Kokkari-Village, Agios Konstantinos, the valley of the Nightingales are not effected by the fires at all.
