The circle of life is the path which treads through the thick and thin and it’s the Attitude – It makes a big difference! Happiness and success are thought to be inter connected but really speaking, our vision to change Attitude so as to attain peace of mind or that flows by being pessimist, optimist, spitualist or just being realistic! Mahatma Gandhi said that seven things will destroy a human being:
* Wealth without work
* Pleasure without conscience
* Knowledge without character
* Business without morality
* Science without humanity
* Religion without sacrifice
* Politics without principle
So, it is best to checklist the attitudes for everyday Health and Happiness.A positive flow with right attitude towards work and play, time management, excellence, persistence and boosting the potentialities and seek for the creative pursuits. A pessimist always sees the darker side of things. Wrong ideas get into the heads and result in haywired attitudes. The future can be depressing or magnificent as per your way of viewing things. It is the attitude towards failures or successes which determines the future. One can change by changing. A human mind is like a parachute and it works when it is open hence being an optimist makes one feel a lighter situation at all times. A spirutialist is the holistic feeling when there is strong faith. Faith dispels ignorance but there is no real spiritual walking through the path that God leads unless one do not possess ‘sacrifice’ – sacrifice of own pride and prejuce. It takes sacrifice to serve the needs of other people. It is not a conflict of religions trying to prove one religion the best over the other. God did made the universe but nevertheless he wanted the religions divided to rule! Afterall, all religions speak of one God and so, being spiritualistic is to believe in one god and follow his commandments to serve a big religion called ‘Humanity’. Being realistic is to ‘Start with Yourself’ A mind is filled with great ideas – Good and Bad. Socrates once said "The greatest way to live with honor in this world is to be what we pretend to be" – to be, in reality, what we want others to think we are." When one lives with harmony with core values and principles, one can be straightforward, honest and up-front. A realistic lives with the times, dedicate talents and resources to noble purposes and provide service to others. A mind is a ‘Thought Factory’ – Thoughts create intentions and there is ‘Action’ Best of the skills do not take you on higher grounds if an attitude is negative or ‘poor’ It needs control of Mind Management with bare truths and better insights. Creative and being realistic is possible when self image is intact. This self image is the mind when activated, the positive attitude pays dividends. It is wise to know and do what is right. It is best to tap into the hidden talents – know the potentialities and perform the right action. Being creative is natural and creative expression enriches free time, reduces stress and brings better mental and physical health. It makes a person more realistic and smarter. The book ‘Keep your brain alive’ by Lawrence Katz says that the routine living dulls our minds and hence, Creative expression gives brains a workout, activating new circuits in our grey matter. It builds in courage while attempting new things, shrugging off routine and trying something we’re not already good at. To sum up, be realistic, be natural and be Creative – Let the flow of creativity come natural and think like a genius. Be spontaneous and just Begin. Take the time and be prepared for a change. This is the Cup of Life. And then, Attitude – It’s all that ‘Makes a Big Difference’
Rules for Human Relations
1. Speak to People. Its a communication of the heart.
2. Smile at People. It takes 72 muscles to frown, only 14 to smile.
3. Call People by name. The sweetest music to listen is the sound of a person’s own name.
4. Be Friendly & Helpful. Make friendship, enjoy the cup of life.
5. Be Cordial. Speak and act with genuineness.
6. Be Genuinely Interested. Be interested in others, show you care.
7. Be Generous. Always be generous with Praise, cautious with criticism.
8. Be considerate with the feelings of others. What you feel, others may not. Be considerate. You, the other person and the right side.
9. Be Alert. Offer your services whatever you can. What you do for others counts the most.
10. Add to this a Good Sense of Humour. A big dose of Patience and a dash of Humility-Get the Rewards many fold.

From age old time, Women has many facets in different form - a mother, wife, sister, guardian, Administrator, mentor, lover ... on & on. Her endless tasks are blend with her love, beauty, grace, charm. understanding and over & above, her caring, sharing, giving, tolerating, compromising, adjusting are the key factors of a mentor of the human race.
It’s a known fact, Eve was blessed from the rib of Adam but her very mistake of eating a forbidden fruit has landed her to curses galore which has nevertheless formed and developed the race of human being and without her, no human would flourish on earth. Woman’s influence patterns vary for development and progress in children, husbands, in-laws(family), friends, workplace and all closely aquainted to her. Her role is prominent. She can construct bridges to Heaven of super happiness and eternity or land to turmoil of pain, sadness and frustrations. She has to be a workaholic - simple logic because a woman is a source of Inspiration and Encouragement, a strong pillar standing and supporting beside through happy or hazy days.
Women’s International day is marked for 8th March and Mother’s Day on 10th May. Women’s liberation & rights are sorted over but the question remains burning with abuses, dowry, extra-marital affairs, etc. She is yet scoffed, scorned, exposed , exploited, molested, tormented...
Finally, it’s a man’s world and all is said and done - A woman is puppet on a chain and pondering over rightly justifies that "A man’s world is woman and without her, there would be a wide gap making him forlorn and lost.
Mark Twain once said in a tribute to his wife:
" Wherever she was, there was Eden "
