I was taking a walk, walking with my (ruff, ruff, ruff)<br>
He’s the friendliest (ruff, ruff, ruff) that you’d ever see<br>
But we met a (meow), a furry old (meow)<br>
And my funny old (ruff, ruff, ruff) chased her up a tree<br><br>

Couldn’t get her down, so I found a (ring)<br>
And I dialed that (ring), called a friend I knew<br>
Told him how my (ruff, ruff, ruff) had scared the (meow)<br>
She was stuck in a tree, what was I to do?<br><br>

Well, my silly old friend said you’ll need a (soar)<br>
A great big (soar) with wings to fly<br>
Jump into that (soar), fly up to the (meow)<br>
And grab her down as you’re flying by<br><br>

Well, I hung up the (ring) then I heard a (ding, ding, ding)<br>
And a big red (ding, ding, ding) drove up next to me<br>
A man got off of that (ding, ding, ding) with a great big ladder<br>
He climbed up to the (meow), got her down from the tree<br><br>

So I thanked the man. He drove off in the (ding, ding, ding)<bR>
Called my friend on the (ring), told him things were okay<br>
Said goodbye to the (meow), then I called my (ruff, ruff, ruff)<bR>
And me and my (ruff, ruff, ruff), we went on our way<br>
