Casa Dulce Sueño is a four bedroom home with three full bathrooms which was designed and constructed in 2005. Located in Villa Borinquen the casa is convenient to Isabel and Bravos and a ten minute drive to the most stunning beaches. The casa sits alone on a quiet and beautiful knoll one hundred yards from the ocean. The views are magnificent, to the west Puerto Rico and to the east Culebra and St. Thomas. The casa is perfectly situated to capture the Trade Winds so a pleasant breeze is always present. The design utilizes first class Spanish building materials with Terra Cotta and Talevera tile used throughout.

Amenities Include: All dishes and kitchen utensils. Quality sheets and linens. Bathroom towels. Beach chairs and beach towels, coolers, beach toys, snorkeling equipment. Air conditioners in three downstairs bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Electric stove and oven. Weber Grill. Coffee maker and coffee grinder. Toaster. Blender. Pillowtop mattresses on all the beds and lots of pillows for an excellent nights sleep. Washer/Dryer, iron and blow dryer are also on premises. Thirty gallon hotwater heater for hot showers rather than a inadequate heat on demand hotwater system. Sixteen sensor alarm system with wireless call out to a central station. Vehicle available for rent to our guests.

Kitchen: In our well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a first class meal or sandwiches for the beach. There is a microwave for quick snacks or the blender for tropical drinks.

The Veranda: The views are stunning from the veranda. Whether watching the sailboats during the day or the distant lights of Puerto Rico at night, the views are amazing.

Weekly Rental Rates

Peak Season
Nov. 19 thru May 31

Non-Peak Season
June 1 thru Nov. 18

Deposit & Rental Payment: Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received. A deposit of 50% of the rent is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit will be required with the balance payment and returned within 30 days of departure.

Payment Methods: Personal check, money order, bank check.

Cancellations: All cancellations will result in a $100 rebooking fee which will be deducted from your rent refund. Rent will only be refunded if the cancellation is received in writing 60 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, rent will only be refunded if the house can be re-booked for the same rent. Paid security deposits will be returned.

Miscellaneous:
* In consideration for all guests, there is no smoking in the house or on the veranda.

* If the house requires heavy cleaning, your security deposit will be used to cover charges over the standard cleaning fee.

* Returned check fee is $35.00 and any additional payments must be made with certified funds.
