     HPS Manufacturing custom designs and builds signs from sheet metal and pipes.  These signs may be small interior like trophies, small exterior like weather vanes, or larger up to huge exterior (40 m by 10 m).  They usually contain words and graphics which our artists create from customer sketches or photos.  A robotic controlled plasma cutter produces very high quality shapes from sheet iron which are mig-welded to a pipe frame.  Our signs have included graphics of rodeo scenes, elk, trains, old cars, a log cabin, and others.  We have made hundreds of signs for historical school sites.  The table below will guide you to many examples.
       Since 1993 students at Hughenden Public School have had the opportunity to become part of our school project, the HPS Manufacturing Company.  They receive practical training and experience in designing, constructing, and marketing a product.  In the process they learn about accounting, artwork, quality control, and working together.
       We are located in central east Alberta, Canada.  Large signs are usually picked up by customers.  Smaller ones can easily be shipped anywhere.  Satisfaction is guaranteed.
