I look at clouds on sunny days,
and ask myself questinos about times gone by-
So many reasons to think of the times
and not enough seasons to remember the rhymes.
Too many peoople to remember and cry,
So many lives I've touched and watched die.
All of the things I've seen and I've done-
Good things and bad,
times I've lost and those I've won.
I ask myself a final question-
Are those the same clouds I saw in yesterday's rain?

Lonely shadows dancing in the caverns of my mind;
Silent, shadows converge, chewing at my soul.
So much time has passed me by,
Floating gently past the murky recesses of all reality;
Going on to the eternity of a never-ending gloom.
People met on distant shores;
Faces seen in passing storms,
Drift slowly by my dying mind.
Looking out at unseen forces;
Chasing dreams and fighting love;
Holding on for things to come;
And lying about an ending life.
