SAMPSON WAS ADOPTED OCTOBER 5, 2001!
Sampson is a cockapoo, about 1 year old. He had been picked up as a stray and was sitting in a cage at the shelter, filthy and disheveled, wondering what was happening. Because his foster mom-to-be knew that very good friends of hers were looking for a dog and thought he would fit the bill, he was whisked out of the shelter and was only in foster care a very short time, long enough to get a bath. He was immediately dognapped by his parents-to-be and had to be retrieved to go to his vet appointment! His new mom and dad had him professionally groomed the very next day and as you can see, he is already enjoying the good life.
