Beausoleil Island, July 21-23
Mary Helwig
|
Mary and Andrew try to out do Vicki
and Laurie in the leisure category.
Start in Honey Harbour and paddle for about an hour to the Island avoiding the sleek motorcraft trying to swamp your canoe. Mary says "Don’t come if you don’t like wearing a PFD. We’ll be staying on the east side of the island doing LOTS OF HIKING. Hot showers, flush ‘heads’ and interpretive centre on the site. Not far for the boys to paddle back to town if you run out of Happy Hour Comestibles." 4 Canoe Limit, SL:B, EL:L, Delegated Meals |
