Arnold Wants McConnell for 'Terminator 3: The Early Years'

Arnold Schwarzenegger, star of "Terminator," "Terminator 2," "Kindergarten Cop" and "Twins," hopes to sign an MSP from Lanarkshire to play the Terminator as a young android.
" 'Terminator 3: The Early Years' will fill a gap in this important story," said Schwarzenegger. "I need someone with strength, maturity and charisma. Jack McConnell is perfect for the part."

McConnell's only previous acting experience consists of pre-school show-and-tell appearances and backyard puppet shows in Stirling.

"Mr. Schwarzenegger took me to lunch at Planet Holyrood," said McConnell. "He bit off the top of the ketchup bottle. It was cool when he spat out the glass."

"Terminator 3" will begin filming in the fall. "I'm pumped up about this film," said Schwarzenegger. "Jack will have kids all over the world saying, 'Only humans do homework!' "
