Liesana's Critters:

Storm Dancer: (runnerbeast)

An elegant mare regards you with an alert klah coloured gaze. The clean conformation of an Igenbred is shaded in the pale fog grey of a runner at the height of it's power and grace. A dished face shows spirit and fire in the eyes and nostrils which are always slightly flared, while an arched and muscular neck, accented by an adequate, but light mane hint at many hours spent prancing and galloping in the pasture and under saddle. Well formed withers ensure that saddles slip neither forward or back, and the sloping shoulders and deep chest hint at free motion and stamina. Likewise, the hooves, which are small, hard and truly formed, hint at a strength and endurance greater than one might expect for her smaller height and delicate stature. She stands a mere 14.3 hands, but her spirit is that of a much larger beast. Her tail is held raised as she moves, which is almost always, although she doesn't appear over-nervous like others of her breed. Rather, she enjoys her beauty and freedom, and will share it with those who will allow her that fire which is part of her; she is not one to be handled roughly or carelessly, or her would-be rider may find more than they bargained for...

Angelique: (green firelizard)

Pastoral shades of spring green swirl softly across this lady of mesmerizing eyes and sorceress's mien, fading to a ghostly white across delicate wingsails, which are still posessed of a graceful and agile strength. Her frame is lithe and supple, a dancer's body posessed of a dancer's balance, neither weak 'nor over-muscled. Music calls to her too, and a gentle creening can often be heard at the commencement of Harper-played chords.
Her neck sports an intricate arrangement of blue and white paint, twined around the elegant black lettering of the word 'Angelique'.

Arboric: (brown firelizard)

Hide the colour of rich forest loam wraps about the frame of this firelizard, the almost-black giving way to lighter shades on the underbelly, like coffee with good cream. Form is all at once lithe and sturdy, elegantly detailed head and neck trailing back to large wingsails perpetually in motion, rustling softly like the wind through branches. Powerful muscles lend the strength of ancient oaks, and their wisdom is reflected in the multifacet eyes, twin whorls of brightness gleam like woodland flowers amidst the earthen hues. The limbs are bare of excess flesh, leaving muscles to ripple visibly as this fellow moves, with courtly grace and an easy confidence in his own power.
You can't make out what he's wearing at this distance.
Intricate blue and white paint forms a band about his neck, surrounding the elegantly scripted name 'Arboric'.

Coriolanus: (bronze firelizard)

Brassy colour of tiger's eye and chrome rampages imperiously out across the hide of this prince of the firelizards. Bronze isn't merely a colour here - It's an attitude. Command drapes over him from the tip of a square-cut warrior's head, through the blocky, powerful muscles of the back, stopping only at the tip of a short, conservative tail, which seems to sneer at perhaps longer appendages as mere feminine frippery. Alas, 'sneer' is another thing this firelizard is wont to do, despite lacking the features for a physical gesture. Haughty and imperious manner is evident in his carriage at every action, whether condescending to take a meal with his mistress, or showing up the other males in a flight.
Intricate tracings of white and Harper blue surround the neck, framing the elegantly scripted word 'Coriolanus'

Poseidon: (blue firelizard)

Rippling waves of sapphire-aqua jewelwork sweep over the svelte diver's form of this regal winged beast, accenting the royal blue which forms the undershading of the topside, trailing down to edge trim and nimble wingsails of cerulean clarity. No bulging heardbeast overmuscling to be seen here, for that should slow his agile darting over land, sea and air. Old silver colours the underbelly from throat to the tip of a lithe and prehensile tail, adding to the long, clean and deceptively slender lines of the young blue sea-spirit before you.

Hippolyta: (gold firelizard)

Softened bullion trickles slowly across wide, yet dainty wings, which curve elegantly about a slender, lithe body. Small for a golden queen, the delicate appearance is deceiving, hiding the valiant and strong tendons that threaten to snap out in rebellion in every fluid movement. Royal and imperial in posture, the long neck leads to a perfectly angled head, golden maw powerfully bearing long, sharp teeth capable of a violently crushing bite. Bronze dapples the pristine hide from eye- to neckridges while bringing attention to one long, slender, copper trail down her back. A burnt copper lightly dusts over an extensive tail, while legs smothered in honey lead to viciously pointed talons the color of wheat. A sudden and sharp white covers her belly and underwings, the saving powder of sunlight coloring the creamy paleness.
