Borrible Geo

During the Borrible trilogy, the characters travel extensively all over London, but all that local color can be a mite confusing for those of us who have never visited the city. Eventually, I got fed up with not being able to visualize where they were going and bought myself an A-Z of London; the same one often consulted in the books.

So here are maps of the routes taken in all three books; sorry about any slight errors or smudges of black ink.

The Rumble Hunt

This map outlines in green the route taken by the Adventurers from Battersea High Street to Rumbledom. The journey begins in the upper right corner and continues to the lower left.

    Whitechapel to stepney

This map outlines in pink the route Chalotte, Twilight and Sydney took to go see Vulge, plus certain other landmarks from the second book. The route runs from left to right on the map.

Across the Dark Metropolis

Because of the size of this route, it had to be scanned in four separate sections. Click on one of the four sections to see it; the route begins on the lower row and works from right to left along the upper row.
