On 1 King 8:9(a), it says " There was nothing in the ark except the two stone tablets that Moses had placed in it... (NIV)  This indicates that later on the other two were lost and only the tablets of stone was left.

Yes the Bible mention Moses' Daddy.

Exodus 6:14-28 (NLT)

(v.20) "Amram married his father's sister Jochebed, and she bore him

Aaron and Moses. (Amram lived to be 137 years old.)

Moses father name is Amram and his mother's name is Jochebed.
