Question:  What is more sure than the audible of God?

Answer:    I am assuming that you are asking what is more trustworthy: Reading the message of God in the Bible or hearing His audible voice.

Well, at least when God spoke with an audible voice in the Bible as recorded in Exodus 19:1-20:21, the people chose not to hear God themselves but just listen to Moses to tell them the message of God.

But to answer your question, I would say that the Bible we have right now, practically speaking, is more reliable than hearing an audible voice. If a person hear an audible voice, how can a person know that it is God's voice?  The Bible, on the other hand, is the message that has been tested and proven reliable by time and history. The Bible has been scrutinized, investigated, and criticized in every way and form possible; more than any other books in the world. But up to this time, the Bible is still considered by many Christians, including scholars and professionals in all different fields, to be the accurate and inspired message of God for us today.

If today I will literary hear an audible voice that claims to be from God but is contrary to the Bible's message, I will not believe it and will stay with the Bible that I have.
