Double Stick Techniques
Six Counts can strike High, High, High; which is called a Heaven set. Or they can strike High, Low, High; which is called a Standard set. Also they can strike Low, Low, Low; which is called an Earth set. Or you can strike in any combination for each side.

Six count Siniwali
Heaven Set (or All High)
Start with arms chambered with one held under the shoulder of the other.
Strike along the Escala in a downward diagonal stroke with the top arm.
Top Strike
As the top arm carries thru to the far side strike out in a backhand with the weapon chambered under the arm.
Bottom Strike
As the lower arm follows thru to the far side, strike out with the arm that was chambered on top. And then retract it under the arm that just struck.
Top Strike
And then strike out with the new top hand. And the series is repeated on the other side.

Bottom Strike
As the left hand is chambered above the shoulder, the right arm which was chambered under the left arm strikes.
Top Strike
As the right arm finishes its path it is chambered by the shoulder and the left arm strikes, passing above the right one.
Six count Redondo

Start with arms chambered as with standard Siniwali.
Strike along the Escala in a downward diagonal stroke with the top arm.
Top arm rotates around instead of following through as the second, lower hand strikes
Top hand strikes again as it comes around and chambers underneath on other side
Strike along the Escala in a downward diagonal stroke with the top arm.
Top arm rotates around instead of following through as the second, lower hand strikes
Top hand strikes again as it comes around and chambers underneath on other side
