The Java Navigation Bar is an applet I wrote Summer of 96 to try and improve the flare of a web page I was working on. When you hover over one of the buttons, it will highlight and display some descriptive text below the image. All this information is specified in the param tags. Colors are specified as well although they default to the color shown.
