June 1999—Present:  Independent Computer Consultant, Boca Raton, Florida.  Create commercial websites, repair/upgrade personal computers for business and residential customers.  Troubleshooting and Operations, Access Database work, employee training, mailing list work, web solutions.

December 1998—June 1999:  Webhosting Service Salesman, Worldwide Internet, Boca Raton, Florida.  Sold Website hosting, registered Domain Names, tech support & website promotion assistance.

January 1998—December 1998: Technical Director, Global Telnet LLC, Pompano Beach, Florida.   Installed, supported Ultravid Videoconferencing Servers, supported new users by phone.   Created & Maintained Microsoft Access Database of Customers. Tracked profits, chargebacks, and sales volume using Microsoft Excel. Routine support / troubleshooting for 15 user NT Network.  Assisted with Quality Control for 70 websites.  Had complete responsibility for voice T-1, Nitsuko 384i Phone System (key system) &  Pairtree Voicemail System. Designed ACD group for incoming Videoconferencing Client Calls.  Converted Sales Department to relatively paperless  shared contact management system (Outlook 97).

December 1992--January 1998: MIS Administrator, Lens Express Inc., Deerfield Beach, Florida.   Supported 175 IBM 3151 terminals connected to Data General Mainframe (UNIX).  Supported 50-user Novell 3.12 Network (installed/configured clients, LaserJet Network printers, troubleshooting & user education). Supported Wiltel DS3 for voice communications in conjunction with vendor, planned and tested multiple ACD groups, 4 inbound IVR units (4 T's each), Voice Announce Units, Meridian Mail (70 users), and 15 POTS lines.  Support of outbound autodialer (EIS). Designed & supervised cabling for new offices and departments. (Joined Lens Express as a salesman, promoted to Sales Coach, Customer Service Supervisor and finally MIS Administrator for the last two years).
