Joseph C. Ferrara is a registered polarity practitioner. He has been studying, teaching and practicing polarity therapy for 30 years and is one of the founding members of the American Polarity Therapy Association. Joseph is now publisher and editor of the New Health Digest, a monthly magazine that is designed to help all in the general population to understand the new health paradigm – that we are energetic beings expressing in physical form according to the use of our mind. Born in New York City, he started out as a musician and spent ten years in civilian monk-hood before getting married and joining the work-a-day world.
