Kenneth married Virginia VanMeter of Parsons, Kans. Aug. 4, 1934. He was
in college at Southwestern, Winfield, where he got his M.A. He taught 1
year at Arlington, Kansas - English. 6 years at Altamont in LaBette
County, English and assistant coach. Is teaching journalism in High at
Dallas, Texas this winter.

Paul married Josephine Pridmore of Chicago Jan. 25, 1936. He got his B.A.
degree at Winfield, the Doctor of Laws degree at Chicago. Is with Brooks
and Brooks law firm in Wichita.

Samuel Arlyn Kitch married Miss Georgia Anderson, Tues. March 28, 1899, at her
home near Harmony, Kansas. Rev. W. S. Robertson read the service.
They went to housekeeping on a farm in Rush County on the Pawnee Co. line, and
lived there 5 years. Moved to Larned Sept. 1, 1905. Leone born Oct.
31, 1905.
In the fall of 1908, Georgia was sick and Arlyn took her and her father and
mother (Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Anderson) to Miami, Fla. for the winter.
Georgia had diseased kidneys and died March 16, 1909 at Miami. They
brought her home to Larned for burial. Sister Cora took little Leone, 3
years old, to care for and she made that her home until she was through
school. Arlyn was with Cora and Josh until Oct. 1, 1914 when he went to
Colorado. On May 4, 1916 he married Mrs. Lulu Phillips at Rocky Ford,
Colorado. He was cashier in "Peoples Home Bank" of Rocky Ford
from 1914 to 1918. Since 1918 has bought and sold livestock, cattle,
horses, mules, and lambs. Has fed cattle for markets since 1922. Fed
from 10 to 20 thousand lambs each year from 1924 to 1931. Since then only
cattle. Fatten from 2 to 3 thousand each year. In the summer of
1937, the grasshoppers ate all the grass and he had to sell 1800 cattle from the
ranch (Red Rock.) Now with prospect for grass, he has begun to buy
back. Has 2500 on feed at Sugar CIty, Colo. Has now, only 60 head
horses.
