                            Arlyn Williams taught school 6 years.  Was principle of Township High School at Bismark, Ill. 1912 to 1917.  Then instructor of chemistry in High School at Springfield, Ill. 1917 - 18.  Summer and winter of 1918 was in Dupont Laboratories in N. J. and Washington, D. C. for the government.  After Armistice was signed, left Washington, D. C. for Chicago, Feb. 1, 1919.  Has been chemist for Standard Ink Co. since.
                            Their oldest, Wendell Williams, married Doris Mae Smith (daughter of John Daniel Smith) July 21, 1934, in Chicago.
                            Children:  Robert Everett, Sept. 27, 1938 and Wayne, Jan. 15, 1942.
                            Wendell is office manager at Hammond, Ind. for Household Finance Company.

                            Vernon L. married Daisy Trueblood at Shelbyville, Ill. Dec. 24, 1913.  Two couples of them in a double service at the Methodist parsonage.  Vern had taught school for 7 years - 1906 to 1913.  They lived on a farm until the fall of 1922.  Then rented out the farm and moved to Decatur.  Has been for 12 years plant Sup't. at the C. E. Ward and Sons Wholesale grocery stores with 30 men on the time clock.  Buy their tea direct from China and Japan; coffee from Brazil; meats from Argentina.  Vern visited us in Rozel, Kansas in 1911.

                            Letha married Frank Hagerman 1912.  He died Aug. 11, 1914 near Sullivan.

                            Iola was married to Lewis Delbridge on Sunday May 24, 1925.  CHILD: Charles Burton - July 4, 1926 - he married "Charlotte" July 23, 1950.
                            Lewis died of hardening of arteries March 31, 1934 at Bement, Ill.  He had been a salesman for Polar Bear Flour Co.  Iola has taught school 20 years: Lewis 12 years.
                            Charles had whooping cough Nov. 1932.
                            Iola married George Haines.

                            Cyril was killed by a church partition coming down, pinning him under it, Jan. 21, 1923, while conducting an Epworth League Service.

                            Cora Kitch and Joshua S. Brown were married at her home in Pawnee Co., Kansas, near Harmony, on Wed. May 1, 1889.  Rev. Boyle of Presbyterian Church at Larned pronounced the service.
                            They have lived on the farm, 1 1/2 miles northeast of Larned, all their married life.
                            Josh was in the Pawnee County treasurer's office 10 years.  He was assistant to Mr. Larsh 2 terms (4 years) and helped his father while his father was treasurer for 2 years.  Then Josh was elected for 2 terms.  He was State president of Farmer's Co-operative Grain Dealer's Assoc. for several years.  Also, Vice-president for a time.  Has been presidents of Pawnee County Grain and Supply Company and local cooperatives at Larned for 35 years; ever since they were organized.

                            Joshua Barnes - Sept. 19, 1862 - April 6, 1943
