Often, collective processes are frozen when artistic differences occur. To
help break these impasses, it may be of some help to develop a constitution.
There are three basic ideas you can address:

The collective goal, motto, objective or purpose.

(a)Protection of collective members against the collective
(b)Protection of the collective against outsiders
3.
Collective departmental duties, their definition and purpose
