To eliminate effectively the influence of organized crime in the
Laborers Union by electorally defeating all the present members of LIUNA's General
Executive Board who associated politically, spiritually, economically with Arthur A. Coia
on the "Unity" slate in 1996.
To make sure all dues paid by members are strictly accounted for with
electronic reporting to all members concerned.
To make sure all future elections are mail in ballots with the
Corporation Trust Company or Arthur Andersen counting the ballots .
To make sure all information reported to members is accurate, timely ,
and truly informative.
To adhere to the goals articulated in LIUNA's constitution.
To provide the rank and file the right to ratify their collective
bargaining agreements
To eliminate from positions of influence anyone appointed by Arthur A.
Coia or other members/ associates.of organized crime
To increase LIUNA's budget for investigations by trained ex FBI
personnel.
To compensate the GEB Attorney based on results obtained and not
hours spent.
To completely amend and restate LIUNA's constitution so it is
intelligible to the average member.
To make structural, political and cultural changes in LIUNA so that it
represents the members and not fat cat labor leaders.
