In return for this yearly membership fee, you will receive access to hard to obtain documents that will no longer be made available for free publication on laborers.org, All monies received will be utilized to publish additional documents revealing corruption in the Laborers Union as well as to finance LMRDA lawsuits and RICO suits against corrupt union officials. Documents/material made available will be copyrighted by Laborers for JUSTICE and copyright infringement will be vigorously prosecuted.

Chris White , webmaster of laborers.org will be requested to link to this new site accessible via authorized passwords to members of Laborers for JUSTICE so that the necessary funds can be raised. The republication of hard to obtain documents on other web sites will sabotage the reform effort of Laborers for JUSTICE, deprive deserving LIUNA members of financial support, hinder the dissemination and distribution of information members have a right to know in order to exercise the "right of self governance, and aid and abet the continuing conspiracy by organized crime to control and influence the affairs of the laborers International Union of North America.
