Web Excellence

The Web Excellence Award should encompass all aspects of web site creations. In determining who has qualified for this 
award, we ( the judges) can only use our evaluating skills to the
best of our abilities. We have seen a multitude of sites and use this as a guide.

It is important to qualify under all aspects of the required award
criteria. Excellence is more than appropriate when describing  sites that have such a level of advanced expertise. Most of these sites involve so much more than just a meager work effort. If you consider the out come of the hard work that you have poured into your web site to be Excellent, then please feel free to apply for this award. 

We feel that recipients of this award are in the top 10% of web creations everywhere. Good luck!
