This award is for sites that qualify under all criteria offered
under the Awards program. There are a few rough edges
that keep it a notch off of Excellence.  If you win this award,
you should be most proud of yourself. Maybe 20% of those
who apply will win this award.
Sites that stand out from the every day basic set-up of web
pages are to be noticed for their work, set a place above the rest.
If you win this award you may re-submit your site at a later
date, and possibly be up-graded to Excellent
