100 Ml. Ghee

5 Grams Salt

10 Grams Sugar

25 Grams Peanuts -- Optional

100 Grams Peas -- Cooked

2 Grams Turmeric

100 Grams Potatoes

15 Grams Coriander -- Chopped

5 Nos Green Chillies

100 G Peanuts -- Roasted

* Heat oil add chire and stir fry.

* Add the remaining ingredients and return to heat.

* serve as snacks.
