500 Grams Basmati Rice
120 Grams Ghee
20 Grams Garam Masala
2 Tsp Keora
10 Grams Salt
* Wash and rinse rice.
* Heat ghee and garam masala with a little of keora water.
* Add ginger, stir, pour in hot water with some salt.
* Add rice, keep on stirring and boil.
* Reduce heat and cover the pot for 20 minutes.
* Garnish with finely sliced onions and a dollop of ghee.
* Serve hot.
