250 Grams Carp Roe

20 Grams Ginger

50 Grams Onoins

10 Grams Turmeric

4 Nos Green Chillies

1/2 Bunch Mint Leaves

2 Nos Lime

5 Grams Salt

* Wash the roe well, to remove the blood.

* Whip the roe well untill it is frothy.

* Boil, a potato, mash and make a fine paste.

* Add flour and amke small dumplings.

* Fry in oil, and brown.
