Rosogulla (Cheese Balls In Sugar Syrup)

500 Grams Sugar

250 Ml. Water

250 Grams Chhana

50 Grams flour

* Make a thick sugar syrup and put on low fire.

* Knead the chhana well with a little of flour.

* Roll into uniform round shape and dip it in the sugar syrup.

* Boil for six minutes and dip it into a thin sugar syrup.

* To check whether the rosogulla are done or not just dip it into a cold water and if it sinks, the rosogulla are done.
