49. Angus Logan
Graduated MA at Glasgow University, and after training for the ministry at the Free Church Theological College, he "crossed over" to the Church of Scotland becoming Probationer minister, Broomhill C of S, Glasgow 1934 Subsequently ministered at Albert Road and Ibrox churches, Glasgow among other churches. War service as Army chaplain. Met Christian Harbottle who was an army nurse in 45th BG Hospital, Taranto, Italy and they were subsequently married in the LebanonAfter war, was assitant minister at C of S in Washington DC for short period, and also minister at Arbroath, Angus Latter part of working life spent teaching Religious Studies at Clydebank High School, Clydebank. On retiral, returned to live at Fuschia Bank Cottage, Corrie for a number of years before moving to Langholm. Currently(2002) residing in Langholm, Dumfriesshire
