A great day out had by most well until the end getting out the car park was a nightmare.

Ash were the best band on show with ease such a shame they only had a short set but the crowd was rocked by the pure excellence of the band. Ash played songs off their latest album FAA and 1977 including walking barefoot, burn baby burn, girl from mars and oh yeah.
It was a great performance by a inform band which left no1 in the crowd disappointed.

Basically ASH! Rock live

Ash should of been on longer as the Black Crowes set sucked big time. They didn't even seem as they wanted to even be there.

ASH!

Seafood were the band supporting ash for this gig and to say most of the crowd of probably never heard of them they played a really good set. Highlights included splinter and western battle.

Ash came on to a great reception and the crowd went mad pushing the barrier @ the front fwd. Ash started the master degree of rock brillance with Burn baby burn. Next came Life Less Ordinary another excellent song live,Tim stopped part way through the gig to have a trainer auction of the crowd surfers lost shoes. The most popular song of the performance had to be Kung Fu every1 went mad, the final song of the set was my all time fav Numbskull(crowd reaction split still on this song though). All in all a barnstorming gig only disappointment was ASH! didn't play Only in Dreams or Teenage Kicks like they did @ Birmingham and Brixton.
