Goodeve was born on July 6, 1952, in
Middlebury, Connecticut. His earliest
noted work was in 1972, where he appeared
on the television series Emergency
in an episode titled "Above and
Beyond...Nearly".
Since "Eight is Enough" stopped
production, he has appeared in numerous
television series and a few feature
films. His last noted work was in the
1996 mini series Pandora's
