How can I put it into words?
To me you are the sweet sound of morning singing birds-
To me you are the rays of the sun peeking through...
on a dark and cold day when all I need is you-
To me you are the comfort, the shoulder always near...
I know that when I'm with you I have nothing to fear-
To me you are the laughter when things are seeming sad...
for you always see the bright side and know things aren't so bad-
To me you are the wisdom, God gave this gift to you...
and many times you've helped me hard decisions to get through-
To me you are the strong one, always able to endure...
and your heart is so holy, so sweet, and so pure-
To me you are the patient one, waiting for a visit from me...
you know with my husband and kids how busy I can be-
To me you are the JOY that fills my heart each day...
and you are the reason I'm who I am today-
