On the 16th of September I received the attached bill of $149.19 from AT&T Business, PO Box 9001309, Louisville, Kentucky. I dispute this bill totally. Please have it cancelled immediately.

Be advised that I NEVER CONTRACTED with AT&T Business for any service.

I have NEVER signed a Contract, nor have I signed a Letter of Authorization, nor authorized orally, or in any way whatsoever, that AT&T Business should give me ANY kind of service. I have NEVER WANTED AT&T Business as a service provider. (I AM NOT A BUSINESS!!!) I do not want AT&T as a service provider now, and I do not want AT&T service in the future either.

Your people claim that the apparent theft of my existing telephone line service by AT&T Business Teleport was all "a mistake"... but they don't seem to want to fix their "mistake."

I have been in contact with the FCC since mid-June, and have later called & faxed the NYS-PSC, as well as others. A copy of this letter is being delivered/mailed to interested parties.

Take me off ALL your mailing lists!

Please remove me from ALL your records!! Do not attempt to use or re-sell my name or any of my private information to any other companies, telemarketeers, etc. I have NO LEGAL RELATIONSHIP with AT&T, nor do I want any. Hopefully, I will NEVER hear from AT&T ever again!

Three billings came together, all postmarked SEP 03'03 from Mesa, Arizona... Billing dates are supposedly from as early as May 31, 2003. WHAT KIND OF GAMES ARE THESE?
