When I received this CD I had heard that they had a split out with The Make Up. That's about all that I had heard from/of Lung Leg. When I looked at the photo of the band I thought that they must sound like Sleater Kinney or something. I was afraid that it would be another "let's try to sound like the Lunachicks" band. I was glad that that was not the case. Lung Leg sorta sounds like Sleater Kinney (they could definitely be on Kill Rock Stars...if they already were/are i'm sorry) occasionally sounding like a bunch of girls took over Citizen Fish. I'm thinking more in terms of "Theme Park". Maybe it's just the british influence. Anyway, I'm not sure which song I like the most, but I like the violin in "Previous Condition" and the Iggy Pop (almost) rip-off of "Lust for Leg". Worth checking out.
