Isn't this great? Our own little craft corner. :) I hope to bring you some craft projects, tips and ideas every month. But I can always use some help. If you have any craft projects or tips you would like to share here, please email me with complete instructions. If you have a picture of your idea, that would be very helpful as well. Also include whether it is easy, medium or hard. Let's start with a quick and easy crochet project...


Crochet Roses

Using yarn and a G or H hook, chain 50. Turn and double crochet in every other chain. Turn and do a single crochet, 5 double crochets and a single crochet in each double crochet. Break off and roll up. Makes a perfect rose. Take a needle and thread and sew it through just enough to hold it in place. Use the stems from old flowers to make them look more real .You can add baby's breath to a bouquet or put in baskets, vases or just put in flower boxes. People love them because they last forever. Oh and don't forget to spray with rose scent.
