Mine is scaled at 75%. I am going to use this one below: Go to EFFECTS, REFLECTION EFFECTS, then KALEIDOSCOPE See Pix Below: These are the settings I used but you can play around with them to your liking. This is what I have now: Next you want to add a NEW LAYER. Now you can either use the same tube for the center of it or use a different one.  This is the tube I am using. Then add a new Layer. Then Click on the A for the TEXT TOOL . Then add any name you want.  Then LAYERS, MERGE, THEN MERGE ALL FLATTEN. Then you can resize to the size you would like.
