Thijs was an imported Friesian stallion from the Netherlands in Jan of 2000 at the age of 2. Thijs started his first training under the guidance of trainer Jenny Majors of Cleveland, NC. Due to their slow growth process, Friesians cannot be started under saddle until they are 3. Before that time they can be trained for ground manners,long lines and instructions for beginning driving.
