PBI will teach you how to build a padobe building from the ground up. We have hands-on training workshops that show you how to build step-by-step. You even learn to make your own Padobe bricks. This process is great for the Do-It-Yourself person or organizations who want to build for the community. It's a very intense hands-on class that all can participate in. If your interested in just learning a new building technique, this class is for you. All workshops are three days (Fri.- Sun.). Hands-on training begins immediately. Padobe is a brick made like an adobe brick, but with an environmental twist...the Padobe is made from recycled paper, water and a very small amount of cement. The bricks are strong, light weight and very durable. These ingredients make a great building alternative!!!
Did you know that paper makes up about 27% of landfill material. That's a lot of paper and a great resource to make a great building product.
